1. SPC is a man-made composite finish material extruded from PVC resin and stone powder, of the "plastic decorative materials" family - neither natural nor artificial stone, nor fired ceramic tile.
2. It therefore takes neither the stone door-and-window lining items (e.g. Beijing DB11/T 2382-2024 Annex A table A.8.8 "door and window linings, stone" A-8-66, main material locked to "finished stone 20 mm 1.010 m2/m2", process adhered / dry-hung) nor the dry-hung stone items; nor the tile-finish (ceramic) items.
3. Iron rule: classify by the actual material, not by the stone-like pattern or the word "stone" in the name. SPC linings mostly imitate stone veining and carry "stone" in the name - applying stone items on the strength of that word is the classic mis-application.

2. Handling the gap No current quota carries a standalone item named "stone-plastic" (none in Beijing 2024 DB11/T 2382-2024, railway TB/T 10831-2024 Volume 10, or the Hunan 2024 consumption standard (2025 edition in the source data)) - a new-material gap: apply the analogous item under "same process, similar material" and swap the main material, marking the conversion "converted"; where truly nothing is analogous, compile a supplementary unit-rate build-up schedule per the quota compilation principles and submit for approval.

3. Three application paths by site detail (Beijing DB11/T 2382-2024 as the example)

• (1) Finished SPC door linings (jamb board and trim integral, factory-finished, installed and sealed on site) - the commonest elevator case: take the "door and window linings" finished-set installation item, e.g. A-8-64 linings, timber (unit m2, work content "cleaning the substrate, installing the lining", consumption: all-in labour Grade II 0.0770 workday/m2 + finished timber door lining 1.000 m2/m2 + latex 0.450 m + other materials 1.5%); swap the "finished timber door lining" at the actual price for a "finished SPC door lining", labour unchanged. The same table holds A-8-65 metal and A-8-66 stone (0.2140 workday + finished stone 20 mm 1.010 m2); A-8-66 is unusable because its main material is locked to stone.
• (2) Site assembly (timber / steel substrate + SPC moulding trim): substrate and finish listed apart, the moulding part taking the decorative moulding items - railway TB/T 10831-2024 Volume 10, chapter 2 section 6 building components, "3. decorative mouldings (5) plastic decorative mouldings" FY-1949 to FY-1957 (unit 10 m, banded into flat strips, corner beads, tile corner beads, edge closures, grooved mouldings and plastic picture rails, by width 30 mm and under / over); Beijing 2024 uses the table A.15.2 decorative moulding series (A-15-24/25/26 flat strip mouldings, A-15-37 to A-15-43 aluminium-plastic mouldings). Swap the plastic moulding main material for SPC mouldings, distinguishing plastic decorative cladding boards from timber stopping beads in material make-up.
• (3) Board adhesion (SPC board bonded to the substrate board): take the plastic decorative board finish items, e.g. Beijing 2024 table A.12.7-5.4 "plastic decorative board finish" A-12-176 fire-retardant plastic decorative board (m2, work content "selecting and matching the finish material, installing the facing", 0.1450 workday/m2 + plastic decorative cladding board 1.0500 m + timber stopping bead 0.9828 m); swap the plastic cladding / decorative board for SPC board.

4. Basis for the split (original wording kept) Railway TB/T 10831-2024 Volume 10, volume notes VIII: "the fabrication and installation of door reveal boards (linings) covers the reveals and the face of the door opening, excluding decorative mouldings; the mouldings on the reveal boards and the finished trim on the face of the opening execute the decorative moulding quota." That is, reveal board (jamb board) and trim mouldings are two items - neither merged into one computation nor double counted.

5. Measurement

• Beijing DB11/T 2382-2024 clause 4.9.12: "door and window lining quantities shall be computed by developed area at design-shown dimensions." In the same section: 4.9.13 window sills by horizontal projection; 4.9.14 roller and louvred blinds by developed area; 4.9.15 pelmets, tracks and sliding-door rails by length; 4.9.16 special hardware and power devices by count.
• Railway TB/T 10831-2024 Volume 10, volume notes IX.7: "the framing, finish and substrate of door linings (reveal boards) are computed by developed area on the design-shown finish envelope dimensions. Finished door linings by developed area on the same envelope." IX.5: "steel palisade and steel plate gates in fence gates by area at design-shown dimensions; stainless electric telescopic gates by opening width in length." Applicability Boundaries

• Who builds decides the volume: where the elevator contractor installs the door lining, it belongs to the elevator chapter of general building services, as "metal door lining installation" per "set" (Beijing 2024 Annex C item C1-4-81 metal door lining installation, channel steel, unit "set", work content "preparation, positioning, handling, installation etc.") - not the decoration-works lining items; only linings built by the decoration contractor go through the decoration quota.
• Item codes and table numbers differ by region and sector; retrieve against the quota edition the project actually executes - this card cites Beijing DB11/T 2382-2024, railway TB/T 10831-2024 Volume 10 and the Hunan 2024 standard as examples.
• A material swap changes only the main material price, never the item's labour and plant consumption; whether and how swapping is allowed follows the local quota notes, and conversions carry the "converted" mark.
• Finished set versus moulding assembly: trim mouldings that are part of the finished set (procured and installed whole) merge into the finished-set item; only mouldings installed separately on site take the decorative moulding items.
• This card does not address SPC fire performance or rating tests, nor elevator installation itself.
